Father’s Day – more than a Band aid

Tomorrow is Fathers Day. I am reminded of my post I wrote “I want to SEE more & then – I want to SOW4HOPE!” I initially wrote it on Mothers Day this year when seeing how blind we can be to other peoples pain & how that blindness makes us insensitive. So in an effort to comfort where pain is beyond measure: this post has some resources listed for those struggling with infertility & death of a child – both which make this holiday painful. These are by no means exhaustive – but are simply a small effort to validate the pain & lift up with hope. Everyone needs something different because what the Bible says is true: “Only the person involved can know his own bitterness or joy – no one else can really share it.” Proverbs 14:10 (TB)

The above links were provided to me by a friend in my Mother’s Day post noted above, who struggled with infertility for years & is now pregnant.

I have not read this or any of the other books on this page – this is just a sample that there are books out there.  http://www.amazon.com/Water-From-The-Rock-Infertility/dp/0802429319
